Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps aligning with 2026 market projections
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen AI and IoT solutions
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum computing, biotech convergence, etc.)
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and investors
- Manage innovation budgets exceeding $2M annually
- Partner with R&D to commercialize breakthrough technologies
- Mentor junior strategists in futures methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation leadership
- Proven experience with emerging tech commercialization (quantum/AI/blockchain)
- MBA or advanced degree in Technology/Engineering preferred
- Certified Futures Analyst (CFA) or similar foresight certification
- Track record of launching revenue-generating tech products
- Exceptional data modeling and scenario planning skills
- Strong presentation skills for executive audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating 2026+ technology vision projects
