Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive 2026 technology strategy roadmap with measurable KPIs

- Analyze global tech trends and competitive landscapes to identify disruptive opportunities
- Present strategic recommendations to executive board and secure buy-in for innovation initiatives
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and tech startups for collaborative R&D
- Drive adoption of sustainable tech practices across all business units
- Mentor junior strategists and build a future-ready talent pipeline
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
- Minimum 8 years of experience in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of developing and implementing multi-year tech roadmaps
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies: AI/ML, quantum computing, blockchain, IoT
- Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking abilities with data-driven decision-making
- Strong executive communication skills with experience presenting to C-suite and boards
- Certification in Foresight Methodology or Technology Foresight preferred
