Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 3-5 year technology roadmaps aligned with market disruption forecasts and company growth objectives
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum computing, AI ethics, neurotech) to identify strategic opportunities and risks
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to prototype and validate future-facing solutions with pilot programs
- Build strategic partnerships with startups, research institutions, and industry consortiums
- Present compelling tech visions to executive stakeholders and boards with data-driven impact projections
- Champion innovation culture through hackathons, thought leadership, and talent development programs

Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or future-focused R&D leadership
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies (blockchain, AR/VR, biotech)
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and technology adoption lifecycle management
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Exceptional communication skills for influencing stakeholders across technical and business domains
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field (PhD preferred)
