Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026+ technology roadmaps aligning with organizational vision and market forecasts
- Analyze emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, Web3.0) for strategic adoption opportunities
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and tech labs for R&D collaboration
- Conduct competitive analysis and scenario planning for 5-10 year technological shifts
- Mentor junior strategists in future technology methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation management
- Proven track record in anticipating tech trends and implementing future-focused solutions
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, blockchain, IoT, etc.)
- Experience with scenario planning and strategic foresight methodologies
- Strong data analysis skills with proficiency in trend visualization tools
- Excellent executive communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Master's degree in Technology Management, Business, or related field
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
