- Lead workshops and stakeholder engagements to align leadership on future technology adoption
- Identify and evaluate disruptive technologies for potential integration into product/service portfolios
- Conduct competitive intelligence analysis to anticipate industry shifts and opportunities
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype and validate future technology concepts
- Create compelling executive presentations communicating future technology strategies and ROI
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic technology planning, innovation management, or futurist roles
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.)
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-focused technology roadmaps
- Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking with data-driven decision-making
- Strong communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through technology transformation initiatives
- Advanced degree in relevant field (MBA, MS in Technology Management, etc.)
- Certifications in emerging technologies or strategic planning preferred
