- Lead cross-functional teams in executing innovation initiatives
- Present technology strategies to investors and board members
- Establish partnerships with cutting-edge research institutions
- Monitor competitive landscapes and regulatory impacts

Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation leadership
- Proven track record in implementing emerging technologies
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, IoT, blockchain, or AR/VR
- Certified Scrum Product Owner or equivalent strategic certification
