- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and engineering teams
- Conduct horizon-scanning research on quantum computing, AI ethics, and biotech convergence
- Design scalable frameworks for emerging tech adoption across Fortune 500 partnerships
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Mentor next-gen innovators in our Future Tech Accelerator program
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with Fortune 500 experience
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism
- Proven track record in launching breakthrough products (3+ major launches)
- Expertise in emerging tech: quantum computing, generative AI, Web3.0
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or top-tier tech publications
- Fluency in scenario planning methodologies and predictive analytics
- Strong stakeholder management with executive presence
