Responsibilities

- Develop and implement technology roadmaps aligned with company's 2026 vision and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate future product/service concepts
- Conduct competitive analysis and provide insights on disruptive technologies
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and stakeholders
- Monitor and evaluate technology adoption impact and adjust strategies accordingly
- Stay current with advancements in sustainability tech, AR/VR, and autonomous systems
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field; MBA preferred
- 7+ years in technology strategy, product development, or innovation consulting
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful technology roadmaps
- Expertise in emerging technologies and market trend analysis
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts
- Experience with strategic frameworks (e.g., Porter's Five Forces, SWOT analysis)
- Project management certification (PMP or equivalent) a plus
