Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business; MBA or advanced degree preferred
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or CTO-level experience
- Proven track record of successfully launching disruptive technology initiatives
- Expertise in emerging technologies: AI/ML, blockchain, AR/VR, and quantum systems
