Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation leadership with Fortune 500 or high-growth startup experience
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, quantum computing, AR/VR, biotech convergence)
- Proven track record of launching future-oriented products or services with measurable market impact
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Strong analytical skills with ability to model complex scenarios and quantify risk/opportunity
- Exceptional communication skills with experience influencing executive teams and external stakeholders
