- Conduct competitive analysis and patent landscape reviews for emerging tech domains
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and investor boards
- Oversee pilot programs for experimental technologies with measurable KPIs
- Nurture partnerships with academic institutions and industry consortia
- Ensure ethical implementation and regulatory compliance of emerging technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging tech
- Proven track record in launching commercialized futuristic solutions
- Expertise in quantum computing, AI governance, or sustainable tech frameworks
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Strategy
- Published thought leadership in tech journals (IEEE, Nature Technology)
- Experience securing $10M+ budgets for R&D initiatives
- Certifications in Futurism (CFP) or Technology Strategy (CTS)
- Fluency in Mandarin or Japanese for global stakeholder engagement
