Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional initiatives in quantum computing, AI ethics, and sustainable tech adoption
- Conduct competitive analysis and scenario planning for disruptive technologies (Web4, biotech convergence, etc.)
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Manage $5M+ innovation budgets and vendor partnerships
- Author thought leadership publications and represent the company at global tech forums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership with Fortune 500 experience
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business (MBA preferred)
- Proven track record in emerging tech adoption (blockchain, AR/VR, neuromorphic computing)
- Certifications in technology foresight or innovation management (e.g., CFTE, HYPE Innovation)
- Expertise in regulatory frameworks for AI/autonomous systems and ESG compliance
- Strong data analytics skills with proficiency in Python and visualization tools
- Exceptional communication with ability to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences
