Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive technology strategy aligned with 2026 market projections and organizational goals
- Lead cross-functional initiatives in emerging domains (quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, decentralized systems)
- Conduct horizon scanning and competitive analysis to identify disruptive opportunities
- Partner with product teams to translate technological trends into innovative product roadmaps
- Establish governance frameworks for ethical AI deployment and responsible innovation
- Represent company at global tech forums and shape industry standards for future technologies
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy, with 5+ years focused on emerging tech or future forecasting
- Proven track record leading complex R&D initiatives from concept to commercialization
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AI ethics, sustainable tech, or neurotechnology
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Strategic Innovation Management
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical and market data
