Responsibilities
- Architect and implement a 2026-forward technology roadmap aligned with business objectives
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, bio-integrated systems) for strategic integration
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and engineering teams
- Develop competitive advantage through patentable technology differentiators
- Establish KPIs for technology adoption ROI and innovation velocity
- Represent the company at global tech summits and futurist forums
- Mentor a team of technology futurists and innovation architects
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation leadership
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AI governance, or sustainable tech
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism
- Published thought leadership in technology forecasting
- Experience scaling technology ventures from concept to market
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Innovation Management
- Fluency in at least one programming language (Python/R preferred)
