Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps for 2026-2030, integrating AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, engineering, and product teams
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with disruptive potential
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite and board members on technology adoption pathways
- Manage $5M+ innovation portfolio with ROI-focused prioritization frameworks
- Collaborate with MIT and Stanford on next-gen research initiatives
- Establish KPIs for technology adoption and impact measurement
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in future-tech forecasting
- Proven track record of scaling AI/quantum initiatives to enterprise level
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with tech focus
- Deep expertise in emerging tech: generative AI, quantum algorithms, neurotech
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with executive presentation experience
- Published thought leadership in technology journals or industry whitepapers
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Strategic Innovation Management
- Experience leading cross-continental R&D teams in matrix organizations
