Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating futuristic solutions
- Conduct competitive landscape analysis and threat assessments for disruptive innovations
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders with data-driven insights
- Establish partnerships with research institutions and technology incubators
- Ensure compliance with evolving ethical and regulatory frameworks for emerging tech
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Computer Science, or related field; PhD preferred
- 10+ years experience in technology innovation or strategic foresight roles
- Proven track record in implementing disruptive technologies across industries
- Expertise in scenario planning and technology impact assessment methodologies
- Deep knowledge of emerging tech trends including AGI, nanotechnology, and neurotech
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management (e.g., CFTE, CITS)
- Experience leading global teams in matrixed organizational structures
