Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership
- Proven experience in emerging tech adoption (AI/quantum/sustainability)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Expertise in scenario planning and future-state modeling
- Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical abilities
- Exceptional communication with technical and non-technical audiences
- Track record of executing multi-year technology transformation
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management preferred
