- Lead strategic technology roadmapping for 2026+ initiatives including AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with disruptive potential
- Develop implementation frameworks for pilot programs in emerging tech domains
- Collaborate with R&D teams to align technical capabilities with market opportunities
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders with clear ROI projections
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and industry thought leaders
- Monitor global tech policy shifts and regulatory developments affecting innovation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product innovation, or emerging tech leadership
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, blockchain, etc.)
- Proven track record of scaling technology initiatives from concept to market
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical data
- Experience developing long-term strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Strong presentation skills with executive-level communication abilities
