Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis for emerging technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AI ethics)
- Develop and execute multi-year technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives
- Identify and evaluate disruptive startups for strategic partnerships or acquisition
- Present compelling vision to C-suite and board members with data-driven insights
- Build and lead a cross-functional team of futurists and technologists
- Represent InnovateX at global tech summits and thought leadership forums
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory shifts affecting technology adoption
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching transformative products or services
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains
- Executive presence with ability to influence C-level decision makers
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business (PhD/MBA preferred)
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in scenario planning tools
- Experience managing multi-million dollar innovation budgets
- Published thought leadership in technology or business journals
