- Develop white papers and thought leadership content positioning InnovateHorizon as an industry visionary
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype and validate futuristic concepts
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Manage innovation incubation projects with $5M+ annual budgets
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and research labs for future tech exploration
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Computer Science, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or futurist roles
- Proven track record developing long-term tech roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in at least three emerging technology domains (AI, IoT, blockchain, etc.)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex information
- Strong presentation skills with experience addressing executive audiences
- Published thought leadership in technology or business strategy
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Technology Innovation Management
