Responsibilities

- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with market disruption forecasts
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints prototyping next-gen solutions
- Establish KPI frameworks for measuring technology adoption readiness
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Manage vendor partnerships for experimental technology incubation
- Conduct horizon scanning for geopolitical and regulatory tech shifts
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or emerging tech roles
- Proven track record in developing future-forward tech roadmaps
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, blockchain, AR/VR)
- Strong data modeling and scenario planning capabilities
- Certification in technology foresight or strategic innovation
- Experience presenting to executive audiences with complex technical concepts
- MSc/MBA in Technology Management or related field
