- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions (quantum algorithms, neuromorphic chips)
- Analyze emerging tech patents and academic breakthroughs for competitive advantage
- Present strategic visions to C-suite and investor stakeholders
- Collaborate with product teams to integrate future-tech capabilities into current offerings

Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership
- Expertise in forecasting methodologies (Delphi, scenario planning)
- Deep knowledge of quantum computing, AI ethics, or biotech convergence
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
