Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive technology roadmaps for 2026-2030, aligning with business objectives and market trends.
- Lead cross-functional innovation labs focused on quantum computing, AI ethics, and sustainable tech integration.
- Analyze emerging technologies (AR/VR, neuromorphic chips, synthetic biology) and assess commercial viability.
- Present strategic recommendations to the board of directors with data-backed ROI projections.
- Establish partnerships with leading research institutions (MIT, Stanford, ETH Zurich) for collaborative R&D.
- Design governance frameworks for ethical AI deployment and responsible innovation.
- Mentor a team of 15+ engineers and researchers in futuristic technology applications.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurology with 8+ years of experience.
- Proven track record of scaling technology strategies in Fortune 500 companies or unicorn startups.
- Expertise in at least three emerging tech domains: quantum computing, generative AI, or bioinformatics.
- Published research in peer-reviewed journals or patents in future technologies.
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from WFS or APF).
- Experience securing $50M+ in innovation funding or government grants.
- Exceptional presentation skills with TED-level stage presence.
