Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology innovation strategy across AI, biotech, and quantum computing verticals
- Lead cross-functional teams of engineers, data scientists, and product designers to prototype next-gen solutions
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies and market opportunities
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board members with data-driven insights
- Collaborate with global research institutions to establish strategic partnerships
- Drive adoption of emerging technologies through internal innovation challenges and hackathons
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic technology planning or innovation management
- Proven track record of launching products/services with $50M+ revenue impact
- Expertise in at least two of these domains: AI/ML, quantum computing, AR/VR, or biotech
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with tech specialization
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Exceptional communication abilities for executive-level presentations
- Experience managing global R&D teams across multiple time zones
