Responsibilities
- Define and execute the comprehensive 2026 Technology Roadmap, aligning technical strategy with business goals.
- Lead the research and development of emerging technologies, including Generative AI, Edge Computing, and Predictive Analytics.
- Oversee the architecture of scalable systems capable of supporting rapid growth in the coming years.
- Collaborate with C-level executives to secure budget and resources for high-impact innovation projects.
- Identify potential risks and technical debt associated with new implementations and devise mitigation strategies.
- Establish governance frameworks to ensure compliance and security in future tech deployments.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, architecture, or technical product management.
- Proven track record of leading technical teams through complex digital transformations.
- Deep expertise in cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP) and microservices architecture.
