Responsibilities

- Manage $5M+ innovation portfolios with 15+ engineers and researchers
- Forge partnerships with NASA, CERN, and Stanford for collaborative breakthroughs
- Present annual innovation briefings to the World Economic Forum technology council
- Champion sustainable tech practices across all development lifecycles
- Mentor fellows through our 'Future Tech Fellowship' program
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or Bioengineering with 8+ years industry experience
- Published research in Nature/Science on emerging technologies (2018-2023)
- Proven track record leading $10M+ R&D initiatives with measurable market impact
- Expertise in quantum machine learning, neuromorphic computing, or climate tech
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit/Cirq)
- Patent portfolio with 15+ granted patents in AI or sustainability tech
- Experience securing DARPA/EU Horizon Europe grants for frontier research
