Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmap Development: Define and execute a comprehensive technology vision for the 2026 timeframe, identifying key trends in AI, Quantum Computing, and Sustainable Tech.
- R&D Leadership: Lead research initiatives to evaluate emerging technologies and determine their applicability to our product suite.
- System Architecture: Design scalable, high-performance architectural frameworks that support future growth and adapt to rapid market changes.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and secure buy-in for long-term strategic investments.
- Team Mentorship: Foster a culture of innovation, guiding junior architects and engineers in best practices for future-proof coding and design.
- Vendor & Partner Relations: Evaluate and partner with leading technology providers to stay ahead of the curve.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; PhD preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in software architecture, system engineering, or a related technical leadership role.
- Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of cloud computing (AWS/Azure/GCP), microservices, and distributed systems.
- Strategic Thinking: Proven track record of successfully transitioning from current tech stacks to future-ready architectures.
- Leadership Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to lead and influence diverse teams.
- Problem Solving: Ability to navigate ambiguity and make data-driven decisions regarding high-impact technology investments.
