Responsibilities
- Architect scalable solutions integrating quantum computing, AI, and blockchain for 2026 market readiness
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing proof-of-concept prototypes for emerging technologies
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies with 3-5 year commercialization potential
- Develop patentable IP portfolios for next-gen systems in sustainable tech and human-machine interfaces
- Present technology roadmaps to executive stakeholders and investor boards
- Mentor junior engineers in future-focused development methodologies
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic research labs and tech incubators
Qualifications
- 10+ years in enterprise architecture with 5+ years in emerging technologies
- Expertise in quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, or distributed ledger systems
- Proven track record of launching technologies with 3+ year market impact
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferred
- Strong background in sustainable tech and circular economy principles
- Experience securing federal grants for R&D initiatives
- Published thought leadership in IEEE or ACM journals
- Fluency in at least one quantum programming framework (Qiskit, Cirq)
