Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent breakthrough contributions
- 8+ years in R&D with 3+ publications in Nature/Science journals
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AGI, bioengineering)
- Proven success scaling innovations from lab to market ($50M+ impact)
- Deep understanding of tech ethics, policy, and societal implications
- Experience securing federal innovation grants (DARPA, NSF, etc.)
- Exceptional communication for translating complex concepts to stakeholders
