Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology roadmaps focusing on AI governance and quantum-safe architectures
- Lead R&D initiatives in neural interfaces and biometric authentication systems
- Partner with policy teams to shape ethical AI frameworks for regulatory compliance
- Drive sustainability initiatives through carbon-negative data center designs
- Mentor junior technologists in emerging tech methodologies
- Present innovation strategies to C-suite and external stakeholders
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech innovation with 5+ years in strategic leadership
- Expertise in quantum computing, neuromorphic engineering, or post-quantum cryptography
- Proven track record of launching AI-first products with $10M+ ARR
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Engineering preferred
- Published research in IEEE or Nature journals on future technologies
- Fluency in Python, Rust, and quantum programming frameworks
- Certification in AI Ethics from IEEE or ACM
