Responsibilities
- Lead R&D initiatives for 2026-era technology stack including quantum-integrated systems and neuromorphic computing
- Architect scalable solutions addressing climate tech, personalized healthcare, and decentralized AI governance
- Partner with UN Technology Envoy Office and World Economic Forum on future-tech policy frameworks
- Mentor cross-functional teams in emerging paradigms like generative AI ethics and bio-digital interfaces
- Secure $10M+ in innovation grants from NSF, DARPA, and global climate-tech consortiums
- Present at Davos, CES, and MIT Future Tech Summits representing company vision
- Drive patent portfolio expansion targeting 50+ foundational 2026-tech patents
Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in Quantum Computing, AI Ethics, or Future Systems Architecture (15+ years experience)
- Published research in Nature/Science on 2026-relevant technologies (quantum-AI convergence, climate modeling)
- Proven track record scaling systems serving 100M+ users with sub-10ms latency
- Deep expertise in ISO 20890 (Future Tech Ethics) and IEEE 7000 (AI Governance) frameworks
- Experience securing federal grants >$5M for experimental tech initiatives
- Fluency in at least three future-tech languages: QASM, Neuro-Symbolic ML, and ClimateSim
- Board-level connections with IEEE Future Tech Council and Global AI Ethics Consortium
