Responsibilities

- Develop patent-pending solutions for sustainable tech infrastructure and climate-positive computing
- Collaborate with MIT and Stanford research labs on nanotechnology integration projects
- Present quarterly innovation roadmaps to C-suite executives and board of directors
- Mentor a cross-functional team of 15+ engineers, data scientists, and futurists
- Secure $10M+ in federal innovation grants for emerging technology development
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or Bioengineering with 8+ years industry experience
- Published research in Nature/Science journals on AI ethics or quantum algorithms
- Proven track record leading teams that delivered 3+ patent-pending technologies
- Expertise in TensorFlow, PyTorch, and quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq)
- Deep understanding of ISO 42001 and NIST AI Risk Management Frameworks
- Experience securing DoD or NSF grants for advanced R&D projects
- Fluency in Mandarin and Japanese for international collaboration
