Responsibilities
- Lead R&D initiatives for 2026-adjacent technologies including quantum neural networks and carbon-negative AI
- Architect ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and human-machine symbiosis
- Develop predictive models for climate adaptation using geospatial AI and satellite data fusion
- Coordinate cross-disciplinary teams of engineers, ethicists, and domain specialists
- Present breakthrough concepts to C-suite and external investment partners
- Patent novel technologies and publish in Nature/Science journals
- Maintain compliance with emerging global tech governance standards
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or Bioengineering with 5+ years industry experience
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies (3+ products)
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or advanced AI
- Publication record in top-tier scientific journals or conference proceedings
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages (Qiskit)
- Experience with ISO 20700 ethical AI frameworks and EU AI Act compliance
- Portfolio demonstrating scalable solutions for complex global challenges
