Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional R&D projects targeting 2026 technology adoption horizons
- Architect scalable solutions integrating AI, blockchain, and IoT ecosystems
- Develop patent-able frameworks for sustainable tech infrastructure
- Partner with VCs to identify emerging market opportunities
- Present strategic tech roadmaps to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Mentor junior innovators in rapid prototyping methodologies
- Drive adoption of next-gen cybersecurity protocols
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology R&D with 3+ years in future-tech forecasting
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AR/VR, neuromorphic computing)
- Proven track record of launching scalable tech products
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
- Experience securing $5M+ in innovation funding
- Published research in IEEE or ACM journals
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and cloud architecture (AWS/GCP)
