- Design ethical frameworks for future tech implementation ensuring sustainability and equity
- Present strategic insights to C-suite stakeholders and secure executive buy-in
- Drive partnerships with research institutions and industry disruptors
- Mentor talent in emerging technologies and future-proofing methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product innovation, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in launching future-focused initiatives (post-2025 roadmap experience preferred)
- Expertise in emerging technologies: AI/ML, quantum computing, blockchain, or biotech
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities
- MBA or advanced degree in technology, business, or futures studies
