Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (2026-2030 horizon) and develop strategic implementation roadmaps
- Lead cross-functional R&D projects in AI, quantum computing, and decentralized systems
- Partner with venture capital teams to identify and integrate disruptive startups
- Present technology forecasts and innovation proposals to executive stakeholders
- Establish KPIs for future tech adoption and measure ROI of innovation initiatives
- Drive patent development and intellectual property strategy for emerging domains
- Represent company at global tech forums and shape industry discourse on 2026 tech paradigms
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech forecasting
- Proven track record launching AI/quantum/biotech innovations at scale
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Expertise in technology lifecycle management and commercialization
- Strong network with Silicon Valley VCs, research institutions, and tech policy bodies
- Certification in Futures Studies or Technology Foresight preferred
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience addressing C-level audiences
- Published thought leadership on 2026+ technology implications
