- Establish partnerships with research institutions and tech pioneers
- Monitor competitive landscape and regulatory impacts on future tech adoption

Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or emerging tech roles
- Expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, biotech convergence, or sustainable tech
- Proven track record of launching technology-driven initiatives with measurable impact
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking skills
- Strong executive presence and communication abilities
