Responsibilities
- Research and analyze emerging technologies (quantum computing, neural interfaces, AGI) and their market implications through 2026
- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps with 5-year strategic planning horizons
- Lead innovation sprints prototyping next-gen solutions in our Future Lab
- Present strategic technology briefings to C-suite executives and board members
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
- Mentor a team of technology futurists and innovation specialists
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Strategic Innovation (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven track record forecasting technology trends with 90%+ accuracy
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (blockchain, bioinformatics, etc.)
- Exceptional data modeling and scenario planning capabilities
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed tech journals or industry whitepapers
- Certified Futurist (CF) or equivalent strategic foresight designation
