Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech R&D
- Expertise in AI/ML implementation and quantum computing fundamentals
- Proven track record of launching commercialized tech innovations
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Certifications in blockchain architecture or quantum programming preferred
- Experience with agile methodologies in complex tech ecosystems
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
