- Develop 5-year strategic technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives
- Lead innovation workshops to ideate and prototype future-forward solutions
- Establish KPIs and frameworks for evaluating technology adoption ROI
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board members
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and tech startups
- Monitor global tech trends and regulatory shifts impacting future landscapes
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation leadership
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, blockchain, AR/VR, etc.)
- Proven track record of launching successful tech-driven initiatives
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management preferred
- Exceptional data analysis and strategic communication skills
- Experience with scenario planning and technology impact modeling
- Published thought leadership in tech publications or journals
