Responsibilities
- Architect 3-5 year strategic technology roadmaps for quantum computing, AI, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to prototype and commercialize emerging technologies
- Establish partnerships with research institutions (MIT, Stanford, etc.) and government innovation programs
- Develop ethical frameworks for next-gen AI and autonomous systems deployment
- Translate technical capabilities into market opportunities and revenue models
- Present strategic vision to C-suite and board members with data-driven narratives
- Mentor a team of futurists and technology architects
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or innovation management
- Proven track record in scaling emerging technologies from concept to market
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AI ethics, sustainable tech, or neurotech
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published research in peer-reviewed journals or industry whitepapers
- Experience securing $10M+ in R&D funding or government grants
- Deep understanding of regulatory landscapes for emerging technologies
