Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum computing, biotech convergence, AR/VR ecosystems) to develop 3-5 year strategic roadmaps
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify commercial applications for nascent technologies
- Produce detailed technical assessments and ROI projections for experimental innovations
- Collaborate with product teams to integrate future-ready features into current development pipelines
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Maintain competitive intelligence through global tech ecosystem scanning
- Develop ethical frameworks for emerging technology adoption and deployment
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field with 5+ years in strategic tech planning
- Proven experience in technology forecasting and market analysis
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, blockchain, neurotech)
- Strong data visualization and presentation skills with executive communication experience
- Portfolio demonstrating successful technology commercialization projects
- Certification in Agile/Scrum methodologies and strategic foresight
- Ability to synthesize complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies
