Responsibilities
- Architect 2026+ technology roadmap by analyzing emerging trends in quantum computing, biotech, and AI
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing proof-of-concept prototypes for next-gen solutions
- Present strategic technology recommendations to executive stakeholders and investors
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs for collaborative innovation
- Develop frameworks for ethical AI deployment and sustainable technology implementation
- Manage $5M+ innovation budget with ROI-focused technology investments
- Author thought leadership publications on future technology paradigms
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ in emerging technologies
- Proven track record of launching disruptive tech products/services
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech convergence, or Web3
- Executive-level communication with ability to articulate complex concepts simply
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Experience managing cross-continental R&D teams and budgets >$3M
- Published thought leader in technology innovation (minimum 3 peer-reviewed papers)
- Certification in Technology Strategy or Innovation Management preferred
