Responsibilities

- Analyze emerging tech trends and assess market readiness for disruptive innovations
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and pilot programs for experimental technologies
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Build partnerships with research institutions and industry pioneers
- Ensure ethical implementation and compliance of futuristic technologies
- Mentor junior innovators and foster a culture of technological curiosity
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership with proven impact on future-focused initiatives
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum computing, AR/VR, synthetic biology)
- Track record of scaling innovations from concept to commercial deployment
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical data
- Experience presenting to executive boards and securing innovation funding
- Certification in emerging technologies or strategic foresight (preferred)
- Portfolio of past projects demonstrating future-tech implementation success
