Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or corporate innovation
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Proven track record in launching at least two breakthrough tech products
- Expertise in regulatory frameworks for AI, biometrics, and autonomous systems
- Published thought leadership in IEEE, Nature, or equivalent journals
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, horizon scanning)
- Experience securing $50M+ in R&D funding for emerging tech initiatives
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Strategic Innovation Management
