Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive technology strategy for 2026-2030, aligning with corporate vision
- Lead research on emerging technologies including quantum AI, neural interfaces, and climate-positive innovations
- Partner with C-suite to prioritize technology investments and R&D initiatives
- Build cross-functional innovation pipelines integrating internal R&D with academic and startup partnerships
- Present technology roadmaps to investors and board members with compelling data-driven narratives
- Establish KPIs to measure technological ROI and innovation impact on business growth
- Mentor technical teams in futuristic thinking and rapid prototyping methodologies
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years focused on emerging tech or future forecasting
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, biotech convergence, or climate tech
- Proven track record of translating futuristic concepts into commercialized products
- Experience with scenario planning and technology impact assessment frameworks
- Exceptional communication skills for complex technical storytelling to non-technical stakeholders
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Published thought leadership in technology futurism or peer-reviewed innovation research
- Portfolio of executed technology transformation initiatives with measurable outcomes
