Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technology trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.) to develop strategic implementation roadmaps for 2026 market readiness
- Lead cross-functional teams in designing and prototyping futuristic solutions with commercial viability
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry leaders to co-innovate next-generation technologies
- Develop comprehensive risk mitigation frameworks for technological adoption and disruption scenarios
- Create executive-level presentations and strategic documents outlining technology impact on business models
- Mentor junior strategists and foster a culture of continuous innovation and learning
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation management with exposure to emerging technologies
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with a focus on technology strategy
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-focused technology roadmaps
- Expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI/ML, quantum computing, Web3, etc.)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical and market data
- Certified Futurist (CF) or equivalent foresight methodology certification preferred
- Experience presenting to C-suite executives and boards of directors
