Responsibilities
- Research and analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, Web3, etc.) for market viability and strategic alignment
- Develop 5-year innovation roadmaps prioritizing high-impact technologies for industry leadership
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate technical capabilities into customer-centric solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and stakeholders
- Build partnerships with tech startups, research institutions, and industry consortiums
- Monitor global tech trends and competitive landscape to identify first-mover advantages
- Drive implementation of pilot programs for emerging technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or product development with Fortune 500 or high-growth tech firms
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging technology domains (AI, IoT, blockchain, etc.)
- Proven track record of launching successful tech innovations or digital transformations
- Exceptional analytical and quantitative skills with ability to model complex scenarios
- Strong executive communication and stakeholder management capabilities
- MBA or advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business preferred
- Experience with agile methodologies and innovation frameworks (e.g., Lean Startup)
- Published thought leadership in tech journals or industry conferences
