Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology roadmap integrating AI, quantum computing, and biotech innovations
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives with MIT and Stanford research partners
- Identify emerging tech trends through market analysis and patent research
- Present strategic vision to C-suite and board of directors
- Manage $5M+ innovation budget with ROI-focused resource allocation
- Build partnerships with leading tech startups and academic institutions
- Mentor junior researchers and foster collaborative innovation culture
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic tech leadership with 5+ years in emerging technologies
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Proven track record scaling AI/ML or quantum computing initiatives
- Deep expertise in sustainable tech and ethical AI frameworks
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Published research in IEEE or Nature Technology journals
- Experience with federal innovation grant processes (SBIR/STTR)
