- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps aligned with market trends and business objectives

- Conduct competitive analysis and patent landscape reviews in emerging domains
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators

Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership roles
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies
- Deep expertise in at least two future-tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, blockchain, AR/VR)
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making ability
- Experience developing 5+ year technology roadmaps
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
